make the bot be able to detect if the web receipts have notes i would like this because i want it to be able to decline if the web receipt doesnt have the note donation so people cant use web receipts i use for manual exchanges. the note donation would be used for auto and no note would be used for manual

Add support for payment methods such as Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay (not using stripe), and other popular payment methods. Also make this bot but on Telegram in case of discord server termination.
